Once booked, I send a brief prep checklist by SMS. For most services it is about 60 seconds of reading: where to set up, what to have nearby, and what to do with pets if applicable. I arrive with my portable styling chair, professional mat, freshly laundered towels and capes, fully sterilized tools, and premium products from Wella, Redken, and Olaplex. Setup takes under five minutes. I clean up completely before leaving.
