Every appointment I do - whether it's a haircut, a color, a full set of extensions, or a brand-new hair piece - comes with one simple promise:

You will love your hair, or I will keep working until you do.

That's the entire guarantee. No fine print. No deadlines.

What the Guarantee Means in Practice

If you're not happy with the result of your service, tell me. We will:

  • Take a fresh look together - sometimes a small adjustment makes all the difference: a re-cut to soften a line, a tone-shift on color, a re-blend on extensions, a re-cut on a hair piece.
  • Schedule a return visit, on me - if your service needs an adjustment within the first 7 days, I return at no additional service charge to make it right. (Travel fees still apply for Zone 2 addresses, since I'm covering those out of pocket either way - but the work itself is on me.)
  • Keep working until it's right - I do not stop until you are genuinely happy. That is the standard I have held to for 30+ years and it is not negotiable.

  • Changes to your hair you make yourself between appointments
  • Hair you supplied yourself if it's not the quality I would have recommended
  • Outcomes that were clearly explained as out of scope before service (e.g. "this color correction is going to take three sessions to reach your goal")

This is my hair stylist satisfaction guarantee and adjustment policy. Every service I perform — haircuts, color, hair extensions, non-surgical hair replacement, bridal styling — comes with one promise: I do not stop working until you love your hair. That is not a slogan. It is a commitment I have kept for thirty years and an operational standard I apply to every single client.

What the Guarantee Means in Practice

If you are not happy with the result of your service, contact me within seven days. Here is exactly what happens:

  1. We look at it together. Sometimes one small adjustment — a re-cut to soften a line, a toner to shift the color, a re-blend where extension meets natural hair — changes everything.
  2. I schedule a return visit at no service charge. If your result needs an adjustment within seven days, I return at no additional service charge. Zone 2 travel fees still apply since I am covering those out of pocket, but the work itself is on me.
  3. I keep working until it is right. This is the standard I have held since 1994. It is not negotiable. I do not consider a service complete until the client considers it complete.

The guarantee covers my work. It does not cover changes you make to your hair between appointments, hair you supplied yourself that does not meet quality standards I would have recommended, or outcomes I clearly explained were outside the scope of a single appointment before the service began.

The Guarantee in Practice — Common Scenarios

Color that came out too warm or too cool

This is the most common adjustment request for color services. Hair behaves differently from head to head, and even with careful pre-consultation color analysis, a toner or slight reformulation sometimes improves the result. If your color reads warmer or cooler than we planned, text me. I will come back and tone or gloss the result at no service charge within seven days.

Haircut that needs a little more off

Occasionally a client sees their haircut in different lighting or after styling at home and wants a bit more length removed. This is a five to ten minute return visit and I am happy to accommodate it within the guarantee window.

Extension cut-in that does not blend perfectly

The cut-in is the most skill-dependent part of an extension installation, and it is the most common area for a small adjustment request. If the blend between your extensions and natural hair is not seamless, I return and re-cut the transition until it disappears.

Hair replacement result that needs refinement

Hair system hairlines and blending are adjusted to client preference — and sometimes that preference evolves after wearing the system for a few days. If the hairline needs softening, the temple blending needs adjustment, or the nape cut needs refinement, these are all adjustment-window fixes.
